He&rsquo;s played with it any chance he can for the past month. Last time he used it, I had to get the hose working for him, but figured it was just a little air or whatever. Today, the hose doesn&rsquo;t work at all. It isn&rsquo;t clogged as I can blow air through it, but it seems the squeeze part isn&rsquo;t working to open pull the water. He is so sad that it isn&rsquo;t broken as it was his favorite toy, and he took such good care of it (always emptying it, storing it safely, and not putting rocks or dirt in it. It has a lot of extras to put together and play with. It has a ladder to put together and take apart and one part of it has a red rubber band on it to use with the car to launch it, it comes with a Lightening McQueen car, three little fire extras, a little box to put in some of the extras, a fire hose that hides inside of the front of the fire truck, the top of the firehouse opens up and the hose comes out and props up on the stand that is there. My son put cold water in the opened space where the hose is at and put warm water in the little black box that he put in the center of the fire truck, some water squirted out of the water hose and onto the car and then the car went into the little black box with warm water and the car turned a different color. Everything the toy came with held my son's attention for a very good while. My children range from ages 5 to 12 and they all enjoyed playing with this toy. I love that it doubles as a water toy. Using the water hose on the firetruck is alot of fun and my kids spend alot of time playing with the color changing car. You can use the ladder in multiple ways and I think that is great. I did have to help my kids figure out how to use the ladder but it didn't take them long to be able to do it themselves. There is so many different things they can do with it. The ladder can be small, tall, stacked and fit on either side of the truck. They really liked that the fire hose actually shot out water. It was like they were really putting out fires. They could launch the car off from the ladder and really got excited when they could launch it and actually hit the dunk tank. My son assisted him in opening the actual toy box because of the way the fire truck was attached. Not sure which one was more thrilled. My son put water in the part that needed water. He absolutely loves it! He has been playing with it for 4 days in a row now and it entertains him for hours. He loves the fact that Lightning McQueen changes colors just by dipping him or spraying him with a bit of water. This toy was super easy to set up and didn't require much parental assistance aside from getting more warm water here and there. I recommend putting down a plastic tablecloth or something similar if playing indoors, it can get messy! It is super cute and so is the Color changing lightning McQueen Inside. Unfortunately the added features were frustrating. The water sprayer hose constantly got clogged and I had to unclog it every few minutes for my son to finish spraying. Also the stunt ladders are a cute idea in concept but there is no way at almost 4 ( even my 6 year old couldn&rsquo;t ) rearrange the ladders to set these stunts up himself. Also the rubber band powered slingshot was near impossible for him to pull back and release without him hitting his hands or the car just falling off the ladder.
