They played with this toy for a good hour, and would&rsquo;ve continued playing if it wasn&rsquo;t bedtime already. Their favorite thing to do was launching the car and racing each other. I was amazed that this toy held their attention for that long. The packaging is amazing with its bright colors and great graphics. The play set was easy to remove and set up. The pieces easily fit into one another and it didn't take much time at all. My daughter has the Radiator springs play set that is sold separately that this attaches to, so we were able to add it to her set. It comes with an adorable cave Lightening McQueen car, that my daughter loves! The set itself and the car seem well made and pretty durable. Once you get your play set up and running, it is easy to place Lightening onto the little track in the cave. You then press the little red lever and he shoots out to try and make it past the hungry dinosaur waiting at the other end. You will need to manually open the dinosaurs mouth with the little grey horn at the top of his head. Lightening then shoots through the tunnel and down the ramp. This toy is wonderful and really holds my daughters attention for quite some time. She loves that we can keep adding on to this play set with others that are sold separately. Needless to say, it's a favorite with my 3 year old. When our box first arrived (THANK YOU, MATTEL!), his eyes lit up, as what could be better than - A Caveman Lightning A Dino Racetrack LAVA! Parents, putting together the set was a breeze. The package is designed for easy opening and item removal, which I appreciate from the bottom of my heart (who has time for 7598345 &amp; 1 twist ties?!) Now, at first, my little one was a bit frustrated, as he couldn't get the timing or amount of force right. Either he'd launch poor Lightning right in to the Dino's mouth, or clear across the room. There was nothing more heartwarming than to hear my little guy say &quot;DADDY! WE DID IT! WE GOT LIGHTNING TO THE OTHER SIDE!&quot; Since then, we've been playing NON STOP and he's now introduced his other cars in to the fray. This is a must-have set for the Cars enthusiast in your life, be they big or small. Its not easy to get the car to actually make it to the track. Out of the 10xs we launched the car, it made it to the actual track 2.
