This is pretty much all plastic but made well. I didn't realize that it would jump or pop up in the air when rolled and my son and husband have been having a blast with it. I was a bit worried that it may poo up and hit my 3 year old if he was pushing it around but the way it is made is genius. It won't pop up if you are just pushing it in short arm length pushes or if you give it a hard push and pick it up. It has to be rolling on the ground and for a good distance before it will jump up and it gets some decent air when rolling with a hard push. After a week of play nothing has broken, i don't think it springs up as high as it did at first but still has some good jumps. It is veey easy to use and rills well on both hard surfaces and carpet. He loves it, but its very alarming for mom and dad.&nbsp; Also, the car does not move with friction or anything. The toy is a lot of fun and my son loves watching the monster truck roll and perform jumps. One thing to note, however, is that the toy can be quite loud at times when it jumps. This isn't a huge issue for us, but it's something to keep in mind if you have sensitive ears or are looking for a quieter toy. Despite the noise, my son loves playing with the Circus Stunt Ivy toy and it has quickly become one of his favorites.
