<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The Buzz Lightyear figure is indeed large, standing at just over 12 inches the toy is substantial in its height and heft, especially for little hands.
Build quality: The material is well-made, no significant flex or bending in the plastic. The colors on the Buzz Lightyear toy are bright, painted clean and well.
The design of the figure is certainly an accurate representation of the Buzz Lightyear character, although the figurine is missing the classic helm enclosure.
Function: The figurine has multiple points of articulation for easy play, and stays at the particular pose easily during vigorous play. Buzz Lightyear's movement and stance looks natural and easily matches the movement that the toy makes in the movie.
Packaging: The figurine is packaged securely, but it is easy to remove from the box. The design on the box is a bit on the bland side, but that is not representative of the toy.
Considerations: One would expect at this size that the toy lights up or makes sound effects as part of its play, sadly it does not, but not a big disappointment.
Overall, great build quality, bright colors, accurate depiction of Disney Pixar IP, and will lend to hours of fun for children aged 3-5. Highly recommend.</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The New and not really improved Buzz Lightyear was kind of a disappointment. He was seriously lacking a top helmet shield to pull up and down like my kids (youngest) likes to do. Buzz didn’t have all the bells and buttons like the older model had long ago. It was nice to have a new addition that wasn’t an amputee like our old Buzz that just happened to take a mighty hard fall down the stairs in attempt to go “infinity and beyond!” Could you possibly add a helmet to protect his face and lack of oxygen in this crazy world of ours!?! Is this Buzz going to be marketed for space flights or just Disney and Couch play dates? Give him one more piece of plastic, please. - Requested from an almost 7-year old and his mom.</span>

Wings, Laser, Karate Chop… etc. I know some are in realistic but technology is there to create and add features.</span>

It was great for imaginative play and a great addition to the Toy Story collection! The only negative about this toy was the disappointment on the buttons not being real but should’ve caught that on the product box since it did not say sound effects on it. Overall my child had a blast playing with Buzz and was happy to provide their own sound effects!</span>

Without the lights and sounds she's just disappointed. Didn't even make it out of the box, unfortunately. We'll have to trade this in for the interactive version.</span>

He loves the sounds that buzz makes on the movie so I assumed this toy would maybe do the same. There are no sound effects to this toy. He does like playing with it and make his own voice while he does it but he lost interest very fast.</span>
