It is stitched together very well. The tag does say surface washable only, but I've washed it in the washer and hung it to dry, with no issues. The colors have remained just as vibrant as they were the day I got it. It is listed as a bean plush, however the only part that's &quot;bean&quot; filled, is Goofy's behind.
