It's simple, but an effective toy. It's lightweight, and the adjustable straps made it easy for her to take on and off without any difficulty. She loves being able to lift the visor and move the lightening bolts around, and the fact that it lights up is a huge plus in her books. The ring is such an added bonus. The kids loved it! The mask makes 10 different sounds, and has a retractable yellow visor that goes over the eyes. It is very easy to retract, there's a little slider button on the side of the mask. The kids had no problems operating it. This toy is good for all ages, all my boys loved it, even the 2 year old could make it work! The mask itself is really good quality, my daughter had so much fun with all the effects it had on it especially the visor which you can hide your identity with. The light up effects on the visor and the various sound effects were really fascinating and entertaining for my daughter. She loved pretending to be Flash Women lol (her version of The Flash) and running around the house. The adjustment straps were easy to adjust and gave a good fit, so that the mask didn't fall off or cover the eyes during play time. The best part of all is that you can adjust the mask to different sizes and fit for different ages of kids and even for adults. They can all wear it comfortably and the mask is durable and won't break. They played for hours and hours with their imagination to become superheroes. I am sure the flash mask and the flash ring become their new favourites and collectibles. It's just unbelievable and exciting. I never had any of these fancy toys growing up and we had to play via our imagination. The kids these days are so lucky to live in a time where there have access to all of these gadgets. My nephew was extremely ecstatic to get this mask. He is a big fan of the DC comics, movies and all the action figures. It fitted him so well. And the visor when activated comes with 10+ unique sounds and light effects which kept him entertained for hours. This is a great present to gift to kids on any occasion - The Flash Hero Set. It needs just 3 AAA batteries which last quite a while and are easily changeable. Also, the chin strap is great for adjustments to give it a comfortable feel and the ring bears a lightning bolt symbol which is pretty cool too.
