He has a similar one but the rods are just a tiny bit longer so make sure you are buying the same product if you choose to get more. We didn&rsquo;t much of a glow in this product but maybe it needs more light first. Still recommend as the quality is good for putting it together.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2018-12-31</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2018-12-31" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="111178268"> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">3</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author" itemtype="https://schema.org/Person" itemscope><span itemprop="name">Jade237</span></span> from <span itemprop="name">Almost amazing</span> <span itemprop="description">Purchased for my daughter who loves forts. First off the balls are much sturdier and easier to use than the previous version of this kit, when my oldest wanted it. You can build a very small extremely solid fort for a toddler to maybe fit in, one square wide by three long and two high. For anything larger you will need more kits or it will be flimsy and your child will spend more time putting it back together than actually playing in it. There should be 4 more balls and maybe 2 extra sticks to get 2x3x2 with a little bit of an arch to prop up the sheet. (Will not hold anything heavier than a sheet) My suggestion to the company would be the extra balls at the very least; or to build a truly great product, by including a longer stick that would cross brace the squares and create a better rooftop. Essentially making a giant sized tinker toy set, sans wheels. Even selling the longer sticks as an add on item, possibly extra balls as well.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2018-03-06</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2018-03-06" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="109897564"> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">3</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author" itemtype="https://schema.org/Person" itemscope><span itemprop="name">Anorris</span></span> from <span itemprop="name">Small</span> <span itemprop="description">My kinda day enjoyed playing with this until they realized that only one of them could fit in it. I think I might have gotten a defective box, it doesn't glow in the dark at all. It's not hard to set up, however the letters are very hard to see, we they were different color. Wish the sticks would screw on to the balls, or locked in to them, the sticks keep coming out when my son climbs in to the structure, you have to be very careful for the sticks not to pop out. In conclusion, don't waste money, especially the glow in the dark set, but it could have great potential, I was thinking of super gluing the structure but then I won't be able to take it apart.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2017-01-05</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2017-01-05" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="73532354"> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">5</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author" itemtype="https://schema.org/Person" itemscope><span itemprop="name">FullTime Mom</span></span> from <span itemprop="name">Keeps my 4 y/o busy!</span> <span itemprop="description">Keeps my daughter busy for hours, great toy, doesn't ever fall apart for us, of course glow in the dark balls aren't going to glow forever? If these issues could be improved it would be a great toy!</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2015-02-18</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2015-02-18" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="73532353"> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">1</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author" itemtype="https://schema.org/Person" itemscope><span itemprop="name">Anonymous</span></span> from <span itemprop="name">Disappointment in a Box</span> <span itemprop="description">After several attempts to put the fort together, I gave up after pieces of it kept falling down, even with a very light sheet on over it.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2015-02-13</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2015-02-13" /> </div> <div class="bvseo-review" itemprop="review" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Review" data-reviewid="73532356"> <span itemprop="reviewRating" itemscope itemtype="https://schema.org/Rating"> Rated <span itemprop="ratingValue">4</span> out of <span itemprop="bestRating">5</span> </span> by <span itemprop="author" itemtype="https://schema.org/Person" itemscope><span itemprop="name">Anonymous</span></span> from <span itemprop="name">Great toy, but you need multiple sets</span> <span itemprop="description">You don't need an engineering degree to build with Crazy Forts, but you do need some common sense and patience to design structures that won't collapse. If you build walls that go straight up without any reinforcement, of course they'll fall over. And it should go without saying, but plastic sticks aren't designed to handle the weight of heavy blankets. Sheets are fine, so long as you've built a solid structure. The most important thing is to always make sure the arrows on the balls are pointing straight up. Once you figure out how to use them effectively, the possibilities really open up. That being said, you need two or more sets to create a big enough play area inside (or do anything truly creative). And while I think the price is reasonable for what you get in a box, multiple sets add up quickly. If I could change one thing, it would be for the sticks to lock in to the balls somehow, rather than being a friction fit that can come lose when force is applied.</span> <div class="bvseo-pubdate">Date published: 2014-03-11</div> <meta itemprop="datePublished" content="2014-03-11" /> </div> </div> <script type="text/javascript"> if (document.getElementById('bvseo-reviewsSection')) { document.getElementById('bvseo-reviewsSection').style.display = 'none'; } </script> <!--end-reviews--> <ul id="BVSEO_meta" style="display:none!important"> <li data-bvseo="bvDateModified">y_2025, m_6, d_17, h_4</li> <li data-bvseo="ps">bvseo_bulk, prod_bvrr, vn_bulk_3.0.42</li> <li data-bvseo="cp">cp_2, bvpage2n</li> <li data-bvseo="co">co_hasreviews, tv_23, tr_19</li> <li data-bvseo="cf">loc_en_CA, sid_143378EA, prod, sort_[SortEntry(order=SUBMISSION_TIME, direction=DESCENDING)]</li> <li data-bvseo="diagnostics">clientName_toysrus-ca</li> </ul> <!--end-bvseo-reviews--> <ul id="BVSEOSDK_meta" style="display: none !important;"> <li data-bvseo="sdk">bvseo_sdk, dw_cartridge, 18.2.0, p_sdk_3.2.0</li> <li data-bvseo="sp_mt">CLOUD, getReviews, 7ms</li> <li data-bvseo="ct_st">reviews, product</li> </ul>
