I just received the Honey Hive Putty in the mail today and was SO EXCITED!! It's odd that it doesn't have the orange undertone to it like it does in the picture, but that's ok. I figured that it wasn't going to look like that anyways, but more like what I got in the mail and I was NOT disappointed in the appearance of it! :D It is BEAUTIFUL, the bees are adorable, AND THIS PUTTY doesn't get foggy like the Falling Water Liquid Glass and the Poke'N Dots do! It keeps its looks! :) My only complaint though: It's rather sharp. :( No, I did not get cut, but that is because I'm careful. I'm not quite sure if a person CAN get cut by the putty but the shiny hive confetti is what is sharp. Not the bees (thank goodness). I can't grasp it too hard or else I get the feeling of getting cut. So it's a bummer that I cannot play with it like I can the other putties. But, a bonus: It makes more popping sounds than the Poke-N Dots one, oddly enough (the Poke-N Dots was hard to get pops out of it, ironically). Aside from my palms hurting, it's beautiful, cute, and whimsy-like. It met my expectations on appearance and didn't fog up, so I gave it 4 stars.... Would have given it 5 stars though if it didn't have a risk of getting cut factor and hurt palms.... For the last reason, I do NOT recommend giving this putty to kids.... An adult, sure, fine. Because we are more careful with getting cut so we can be more gentle when handling it. It looks exactly like it does in the picture, you just need to knead it around a little bit. This one in particular is very pretty. It has a clear putty base, gold glitter flecks, and little plastic bees. At first I thought the glitter flecks might be sharp but they aren't at all. It has a great texture that's not too hard but not too soft. When you get it it will be stuck to the inside of the can, you just need to take a small piece of the putty and stick it along the outside edge of the can to get the putty off so you don't have to struggle next time. Same for the inside of the can. I have about 25 crazy Aaron's putty, ranging from the &acirc;&euro;&oelig;Worlds Smallest Putty&acirc;&euro; to the big 3.2 oz tins. All of them are crafted with the same perfect recipe. As a seasoned putty collector, I wouldn't recommend any other brand.
