It easy to draw in the lines with it being so fine. They are easy to hold for the youngsters and adults. The colors that come in the pack are really nice also. They are excellent at filling in the smallest spaces. I really love the bright colors. They were great for doodling or outlining. The markers were better for our ten year old. The fineness was tough for the seven year old because he kept ripping the page with the sharpness and trying to color with it. Unfortunately, some of them dried out very quickly. You can get in tight spaces with accuracy which makes them good for adult coloring books. They do not bleed at all which is a huge plus! They really helped my children with keeping their coloring within the lines.
