So soothing.</span> <span itemprop="description">The ratings we had read previously were decent. We haven't used it for a long period of time so I'm not sure how this item will last but so far we are very pleased. The one negative thing we did read about was that the Amber light option wasn't very strong. We actually think that the Amber option is wonderful! The other two colours are beautiful but quite bright on the turtles shell so it's nice to have a softer option that's got a warm glow to it and makes you feel nice and cozy. My husband has joked that the turtles starry cast is so relaxing that we may keep it in our room instead of giving it to the baby. ;0 Light stays on for 45 min which is a nice amount of time to allow child(or husband..LOL) to fall asleep. Price point is probably the only complaint. We received this as a gift but when we were looking at purchasing it for another baby it does seem a little expensive at regular price. We are new to the baby world so maybe this isn't expensive at all. The worker at the store informed us that they do go on sale quite frequently so if you're going to buy it keep your eyes peeled for a deal. It`s better than a normal nightlight because it doesn't plug into the wall (tempting little fingers around light sockets) and doesn`t get hot. The changing colours are nice but not overwhelming however, the orange starts don`t project very well. I wish it came with a remote to be able to turn it on in the middle of the night if need be but otherwise a great product. He gave it a name and brings it to bed every night.
