I love this particular toy 'Big Adventures Space Rover' as it does multiple interesting things. The magnetic crane helps the child understand how magnets work and how cool it is to see the magnetic crane getting pulled up by lifting and moving the crane. When you turn on the light on the bottom of the space rover, you can place a flower, leaf, or a tiny ant and use the microscope 3x to see it closer and explore it with a removable slide. This Space rover also comes with a detachable extending grabber, so that the child can pick up various rocks or leafs or magnetic canister that comes with the Space Rover. Fun way to explore the world around us and play outside with friends or siblings(in our case). I highly recommend this unique toy, it makes my children smile and think about what else they can see through the microscope. My kids love space so this is definitely something they enjoy. Exploration through play always gets their curiousity going. The microscope is definitely something unique to this toy as it's not just a rover but a full blown rolling science center. They love playing with the magnet on the boom to see what they can pick up. They like the light for the microscope but it could use some improvements. The grabber arm is fun but I wish there was a way to utilize it without taking it off the truck, my kids misplaced it. My son enjoys the colors as he loves blue! The three different modes are fun to show him how they work. The only negative about this toy is the battery sizes required. I wish they used a more common type of battery. We opted not to use batteries to iluminate the microscope for now.
