Assembly was an ease and allowed my 10 year old to start playing with the set immediately. His face lit up when I gave it to him for his birthday. I remember when my son was small, and he loved to play battle with the other cousins. Beyblade has been around a long time, and it is still made with quality, my oldest adult son has some from years ago. This Beyblade burst is our first one. So far my kids really like it. At first it was a little tricky putting the pieces together but they all clicked together and it makes for a very fast spinning toy. It has a heavy metal core insert which I can see would be really cool for battling. He is 6 years old and like to play and build things but this time he had some trouble to figure out how to out it together.
