He has never played with them before. This starter pack was a great way to introduce him to Beyblades. It is easy for him to play with it by himself. It isn't a toy he plays with every day, but he does play with it every couple of weeks. I think he would enjoy it more if he had others to battle with him. My husband enjoys playing with it occasionally as well. Everything from the color scheme which is incredibly Eye catching and very unique in comparison to otter models. To the quality of construction, which is very high quality and durable. To the little stickers that come with it, making it customizable and unique to the specific person using it. The packaging was eye catching and featured some of the stats on it. But what puts this particular one head and shoulders above everything else is the insane amount of time that it keeps spinning! Instructions though detailed are fairly easy to understand and it went together easily. This Beyblade is like none I&rsquo;ve ever seen. The sleek design, stickers, and a unique driver, and so much more! The material is great and the rubber is good for stamina and resistance. The colors of the Beyblade and the box that the Beyblade was highly detailed and amusing to look at, and had all the stats of the Beyblade on it. I couldn&rsquo;t wait to open it the instant I got it. When I opened it, everything just clicked! It was easy to put together, with detailed instructions, I could easily put the toy together. There were a lot of intricate parts, but I could figure it out. The driver works well and kept the Beyblade spinning for way longer than I thought. The metal and guide synced well. The top was very detailed and extremely well designed. The way the Beyblade works was easy to handle, and it matched up with the stats on the box. It&rsquo;s very fast, and when it stops spinning, it makes me want to pick it right back up again to play. It was very easy for him to put together and use. The wind up process was slightly tricky for me as I had a hard time getting the top to stay before I was ready to pull the cord but my children had no problem with this. My kids had no interest in putting on the tiny stickers so I did it for them. The stickers didn&rsquo;t seem necessary as the colors were pretty cool without them. Overall the Beyblade seemed to keep their attention for a little while but I&rsquo;m sure they would play with it longer if they each had one to battle each other. I also learned that there is a &ldquo;stadium&rdquo; for the Beyblades to &ldquo;fight&rdquo; each other. Loves this toy and the puller seems to be holding up so far to his abuse. Beyblade is a heavy metal and starter pack seems great and will be put to a lot of spinning. Metal and plastic seems to be heavy which will help when the battle happens. Sometimes the toy doesn&rsquo;t attach to the puller easily but works when put together correctly.
