I finally opened it last week but unfortunately it was not clicking to the bottom and the tray kept going up with the top. I reached out to Bentgo Customer Service and they are sending me a replacement. I have this lunch box and the other one that is a little flatter with two clamps. For my husband I have the salad one and another one that has two different box pieces and attached with an elastic strap.</span>

<span itemprop="description">As you'll see from the attached photo, I kind of love Bentgo products. They have made packing lunch for the kids a breeze. I like to pack a few days in advance so I have a couple extra trays and the pop lunch box (I call them snack packs) are a nice addition for days I may send in a thermos or some other food. We've also used them for storing our snacks on days we go out to the playground and play. The one issue we *did* have is leakage from one compartment to the other (diced peaches to teddy grahams) but I just put some clear plastic wrap on top the next time around and that seemed to do the trick.</span>

<span itemprop="description">We are first time buyers of bentgo and we absolutely love it! It’s easy for my 7 year old to open and is big enough for her lunches. We had a tiny little problem with our first one (it was defective and was leaking to other trays inside) in the process of getting it replaced my daughter forgot her lunch bag at school and we never found it :( so I couldn’t take the pics of the problem we were having and explained that we couldn’t go through with the warranty bc we lost it last minute. Abby, if you’re reading this, thank you! For replacing it anyway. We are forever grateful for all your help and my daughter was extremely happy she didn’t have to wait till next year to get a new one (they’re not cheap!) Dhe went above and beyond for us, so, thank you Abby! Also, the new one that was sent out no longer has the issue we had with the first one.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I purchased the kids 5 compartment lunch box for my daughter when she was in kindergarten. She absolutely loved it and so did I. Having so many compartments was nice to give a big variety of options for kids. Plus it’s super cute! Fast forward to 4th grade, she still has it and used it for a few days but then decided she wanted the big kid one (to match her friend in class) once she showed me which was it was I was sold. It’s a very neat style. I like the shape and how you can customize a section depending on what your packing for lunch. My daughter is obsessed and now her younger sister wants this new one. Bentgo has amazing customer service and are always so quick and responding and doing whatever they can to keep customers happy & to continue to have great products that don’t disappoint. If you’ve been debating (stop) and just make the purchase, you will not regret it!! Best choice always thanks!</span>
