This set include a computer and a thermometer and a vet table to do check ups. We love that the doll is high helped yet the boots look flat footed. The only down side is ours has a cracked face. As you can see the right eye is up and over to far. Not placed correctly. The baby tubs are super cute and fun to move around! The cart is a great idea but too fake for my daughter's liking with fake wheels AND cardboard pictures of items. The Barbie and the babies are nice quality, and we love the diversity. We wish the baby blankets were big enough to wrap around the babies, they are very small and too easily fall off the babies. The extra accessories add to my daughter's imaginative play, but one bottle is clear and very hard to keep track of. I especially appreciate that the babies' bodies were made with a white non-removable diaper bottom, as the babies tend to be with us wherever we go. After we got her opened up, she enjoyed playing witht the &quot;doctor&quot; and the babies, which the twins included are just like her siblings at home, very little babies. She enjoyed playing with the barbie and using the included accessories to let her imagination run wild and invite some of her Barbies in on the action. I love that it comes with several accessories: Barbie, 2 babies, 2 bottles, 2 blankets, a clipboard and a stand. I love that the Barbie is a different ethnicity than my child. She loved that as well. Plus I love that the play is encouraging young girls to be whatever they want. What a great, positive, inspiring concept. My daughter has a sibling due next month and she plays with this all the time. She is 3 and I found it was age appropriate. The only thing I would say is a negative is all the little pieces. She has had a hard time keeping track of all the tiny pieces! Great product otherwise. I received this product complimentary in exchange for my honest review.
