(Small parts, be careful with the younger ones). It comes with a barbie and 2 babies in a nursery setting. The small parts I mentioned are supposed to be a bottles. They can play nurse. I like that the stand the babies sit on is all one piece. I also like that comes with a chart for the nurse to hold. My only complaint is that the nurse barbies arms are set in one position, with one straight and the other bent. This frustrated my smaller one when she wanted to make the nurse hold the babies. I'm glad to see that barbie isn't the only one that has dufferent careers. Everything is pretty small so i expect they will get lost soon but im still very happy with the diversity and the way everything looks. Going back to everything being small my daughter is 3 but she knows better than to put the pieces in her mouth the only problem i have is making sure she doesn't leave the pieces on the floor or anything because even though my daughter knows better my dog doesnt and he chews everything up and they don't make seperate accessories for this specific barbie set. But other than that my daughter is obsessed especially because it comes with 2 babies. My daughter immediately loved it. The doctor doll (as she says it) comes in a nice set of scrubs. Then there is a baby carrier/incubator with two babies. You can remove the babies and their carriers off the stand and use it to place the 2 bottles and check list. My daughter plays with the babies on the stand, and pretends they cry. Then the doctor comes in and grabs the bottles and feeds the baby. There are two baby blankets to cover up the baby as well. She has been playing this non-stop and it is amazing. She takes care of the babies as if they are her own. Right before bedtime, she tucks the babies in with their blankets and has the doctor doll feed them one last time. It has really opened up her imagintation (she is 4) and it keep her entertained for hours (and me too by watching her). Excellent product and I would highly recommend this product that I received to provide my feedback and my daughters feedback.
