It came with a baby bed and all accessories that you take care of your babies. Diapers, wipes, bottle, stuffed animal was just a few of the accessories. She really had a great time and definitely plays with it daily. The Barbie looks beautiful and the Nursery play set is very useful. My daughter spends hours with this toy and as she has little sister she pretend and play. As far as Barbie playsets go, this wasn't a favorite. Skipper and the babies looked and felt very cheap compared to other Barbies. The mobile falls off the crib constantly. My daughter (4) didn't mind too much. She enjoyed the fact that Skipper had two babies to take care of, and enjoyed utilizing all the baby accessories. The bouncer chair and rocking horse are very easy to use with the babies. The diapers stay on nicely. There are two babies, one in a pink diaper and one in a blue one. The diapers are removable but my daughter was disappointed that there were no extras. There a stack of plastic ones, is all. The plastic stack of diapers also did not have a nub on the bottom to secure it to the shelf under the crib like the other accessories did. The drawer under the changing mat is fake and not functional so there's no where to keep the bear or the plastic diaper stack when not in use. Skipper's hair was a hit with my daughter. She loves the purple streaks. Was frustrated that she didn't stand on her own though and that her elbow and wrists weren't hinged to keep ahold of baby. The rocking horse is really cute and the babies can sit on it as well as the rocker.
