We own a cattle farm, so she has experience with vets. She was very excited to have a vet doll that can treat the pet that came with the doll and also the myriad of farm animal toys that were previously owned. She loves learning about all animals and how to care for them. Watching shows, reading books, and asking many questions, this doll gave her the spark to learn about being a veterinarian. Having the type of job a child can relate to really uses the imagination. Including tools a vet would use and a &ldquo;patient&rdquo; was pretty clever. Along with the pet carrier a child can imagine taking their own pet to the doctor. However I think the dolls arms and legs should be able to bend. That way it can be used with the Barbie line of products. She Is an animal whisperer and truly loves all things that have to do with dogs and cats. The little kennel and small puppy accessory are a huge hit and this set keeps her busy and her mind engaged for hours. I do wish the veterinarian's stethoscope was a little more robust, as I am afraid after continued use it may break into two pieces.
