Any human being who is on their feet all day long knows that it is inconceivable to wear heels. Getting more and more realistic, way to go Barbie! Also, lots of little pieces so she can take good care of her injured and sick patients. The bandages are flexible, which I think is a nice touch. Kids can gently wrap the poor dolls broken limbs with care instead of snapping on a hard plastic cast. Your aspiring med student child will love this!</span>
