It comes with details like the cones, spoons, and a computer along with the stand and the Barbie. It is so fun that the ice-cream machine actually makes the swirls in the ice-cream Barbie dough. The doll itself is really nice, her hair is soft and the texture is realistic. Her clothes fit well and the details on her dress are lovely.
