The blooming flowers are a fun feature and look really pretty under the water. The hair is the right length and for playing in water without becoming a knotted mess. Blooming barbie made bath time fun. My kid, age 7, couldnt wait to get in the tub and played for over 30 minutes. My daughter loves her so much. The doll is very well made and sturdy. The flowers coming out of her tail are so pretty. The little switch on the back is easy to turn so the flowers pop out nicely. The front flowers are able to disappear by moving a flower on the dolls back up and down. I was surprised by how easy this is to do. Initially I worried my daughter wouldnt have the strength to do it but its very easy for her. After playing all the water came out and doll dried by moring. Thats big plus for me since mold is a concern with alot of her water toys. I think the only downside to the magic flower design is the doll cannot be put into a seated position. My daughter didnt seem to mind and propped Barbie up giving her drinks in the pool. It has been in the pool, bathtub, and Barbie house pool every day since we got it. We love the flower surprise, my toddler likes to bloom the flowers out when she gets wet. There&rsquo;s a lever on the back that you can pop the flowers in and out when they disappear. They&rsquo;re completely gone. My daughter also loves the pink streaks in the hair and wants to copy it herself. We&rsquo;ve let her play in the shower and bathtub with it a couple times and it seems to be holding up well.
