While we want every child to feel special, does a diabetic doll send the right message of fun and worry free enjoyment? I feel it’s the opposite and creates a thought pattern of poor me and now my doll. Is this doll a reminder of an affliction? Playing is supposed to develop and relieve stress. Plus it’s illogical and children are simple. Dolls don’t need to watch glucose. I truly hope the plan isn’t to sell accessories- that be just sick. I’m not enthusiastic about this doll, no matter how well it’s packaged or quality. In my eyes, it’s a fail.</span>
