As an adult, I'm not quite sure of the point of it, but the kids like it so that's all that matters. You put the accessories into the top, press the lever, and several of them fall out. I guess you're supposed to use those to dress, maybe leaving it to chance instead of choosing the accessories for yourself? There are several cute accessories included, many purses, some shoes, sunglasses, necklace. And there is a shirt. It would be nice to have a pair of bottoms or a skirt to go with it. The side of it is a closet, where my daughter (3) likes to line everything up in. It's something that my son (6) enjoys as well - it must be that element of surprise that they enjoy. The closet has hangers and a mirror inside, in addition to the mirror on the door. The Barbie Extra hangers are cute, we only wish we had more to keep adding outfits! The accessory dispenser is a fun concept and the kids love it but functionally it can be hit or miss. Items either get stuck or several things come out at once. It really doesn&rsquo;t seem to matter though as they have fun putting more things in and pushing the button. The dispenser will get plenty of play! The little dog In high heels and sunglasses that comes with is an adorable addition to the Extra pets. Accessories, like purses, shoes, a watch and sunglasses are bright and bold and perfectly accent the Barbie Extra dolls. My girls had fun mixing and matching them with their Barbies. There is a cute, trendy, sporty little shirt included. My girls only wish there were matching shorts or a skirt to go along with it! Overall, this is not only a functional closet for clothes and a drawer for accessories, the dispenser also makes it a game. They love all the different accessories that is has and the closet to put things in. They love to put things in the compartment for the toys to fall through. The only down fall is the part where the toys fall through. It&rsquo;s very small and the toys can get stuck if there are too many or too big. The colors and graphics of this piece are bright and cheerful just like the line of dolls and such a cute way to store all their accessories! The vending machine is easily loaded with the included accessories by simply opening a door in the back of the clear display case. Press the large button on the front and it makes a loud &ldquo;pop&rdquo; as an accessory is released down the chute below. It&rsquo;s completely random what comes out of the chute and often there was more than one item, but my granddaughter didn&rsquo;t seem to mind. She loved pressing the button to empty the display case and then refilling to do it all over again as she sorted purses, shoes into pairs, etc.. While it comes with twenty accessories that includes a pet poodle, there is still plenty of room for loading and storing all those lose little items that come with other dolls or fashion packs. The closet that&rsquo;s next to the vending machine has an exterior full length mirror and a pull out drawer for storage below. Inside is a clothes rod that can hold the three included Extra hangers and fabric crop top. There is also a shelf with a Hollywood style makeup mirror above. It would have been nice if the faux bulbs that frame the mirror would have been made to actually light up. My granddaughter enjoyed filling the closet up with all the things she &ldquo;won&rdquo; from the machine. Overall, I was impressed that the plastic used for the case feels solid and not flimsy.
