Les points faibles sont : la taille de la maison qui prend quand même beaucoup de place dommage qu'elle ne soit pas modulaire. Les couleurs sont un peut trop flashy à mon goût.

The building instructions with pictures helped a lot. Some of the number labels on the parts were a little confusing but overall was fun to put together. It also has accessories to customize it, complete with stickers. What we all love about it is the lights and sounds that make it so much more fun. The shower, toilet, oven and disco has sounds with press of button, as well as the light modes that dance with the music too. My daughters enjoy a lot of imaginative play. There is also a lot of fun on that pool as our cat loves to come and drink. Overall, this is worth it and makes kids of all ages who love Barbie enjoy it.</span>

I got this for my daughter because of her recently starting to love playing with Barbies and am so glad that I did! The house has little things that are customizable, but on top of that, it has working lights! Not only does it have "party lights" but it has others that work throughout the house. Then it has music and other sounds such as a flushing noise for the potty (which completely tickled my daughter). Since getting this my daughter has no interest in her other toys outside of this house and her Barbie dolls. I have even enjoyed playing with her with it as well. It is such a fun addition! The dreamhouses of my day and age were not anything like this, and it is basically a real working house made for Barbie and her friends!</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I received this New Barbie® DreamHouse® Dollhouse with Pool, Slide, Elevator, Lights & Sounds in return for my honest review as part of the Mattel Play, Rate & Review program. This is the second time I have assembled a Barbie DreamHouse, as my oldest child had one of the earlier models when she was younger. I chose this product for my son, who is 4. I thought the first one was easy to assemble and well made but this one exceeded my expectations! The parts were well-packaged and individually protected if need be and everything was accounted for and easily distinguishable when following the manual. The manual was clear and concise. There were letters annd numbers on each piece that coincided with the diagrams which made following the manual easier during assembly. Some larger pieces had two different number/letter labeled areas to aid in distinguishing orientation of the part when attaching other pieces. I had a little difficulty in reading some pieces and had to rotate it until light hit off it just right as the letter/number was just slightly raised on the part and the same color as each piece.The parts were all very well-made, solid and sturdy.
Let me just say I love how Mattel BarbieDream house parts just "snap" together easily and flawlessly, no tools needed, especially this one. I actually enjoyed putting it together! I'd say it took maybe an hour and half total to put this together by myself with my 11 year old helping me with apply some of the stickers. I had some Barbie items in the past that incorporated cardboard into the piece but I was glad to find none of that here!
The DreamHouse is three stories total. The first floor has openings all around for a true 360 degree play. I was a little confused at first that right inside the front door there is a large opening to the right where you need to place the included couch and the back door only has one piece to the sliding doors so it is a very open layout but I now understand it is for the 360 play and works! The second story has the bedroom, bathroom and balcony area where the swing attaches (but I found that the swing can actually be attached to two other areas - one on the first floor and one on the top floor). I love the bright yellow swing feature! The bedroom area is awesome - it includes a bed that is attached to the wall and folds up (top bunk), a bed that actually is placed under it and has genius grooves to keep it in place and a flat, smaller (trundle-like cot) that pushes under the lower "bunk". And Mattel includes 3 comforters/blankets - 2 plush ones (purple and pink) and a thin floral one! There is also a closet area that has a full-length mirror. The shower has a movable shower head and a button to press to play water/shower sounds! The only thing I didn't like about the second floor was the shower door as I feel it could be better made to fit in the groove. The door was solid but you had to slide the top left peg into the top hole and the bottom one into the bottom left hole. The bottom peg is slightly shorter than the top and comes out of the hole easily. I felt if it would be a bit longer like the top one it would be more secure and the door wouldn't come unattached so easily. The toilet opens and has a button that plays a flushing noise. The top floor has a "dance party" area and terrace. It's really neat that the included fake turf and pool can each be inserted into the rectangular terrace area individually to mix it up! The pool also slides under a groove on the first floor area right off the main living space.
What this had that our previous Barbie DreamHouse did not have is the lights and music features. It takes 3 AA batteries in a compartment in the back of the house which I installed after building the house. I was happy to see it had a switch to allow you to turn it off completely or turn it to two different sound levels of your choosing. In the kitchen, there are 4 buttons to utilize - one that has a sun on it and plays "outdoorsy" pleasant music/sounds and turns the light in the kitchen, the one in the shower and the big dance floor room's rectangular music "light-up screen thing" a yellow/orange/green prism color; one that has a cresent moon and stars that plays night time sounds/music and lights all the previously mentioned areas up blue; one with a music note that plays dance music and makes all the lights flash in rhythm; and finally just a light button that you can keep pressing and it changes to an array of different colors of your choice. The music and lights are pretty fantastic. Also there is an elevator that I must say is way better designed than our previous DreamHouse which I had to actually buy parts for and replace not long after buying. This one has a lock that secures and is large and open at the top so you can fit say a Barbie wheelchair or multiple Barbies on it and a button you have to engage to slide the elevator on the track to go from one floor to the next. Our other one had a pulley system that broke but this one just travels up the grooves and locks on each floor which I feel will provide longevity. My 4 year old doesn't quite understand how to engage the button as he moves the elevator up or down but thats OK. Last thing I want to mention is that they give you a ton of accessories - a table and chairs, a sofa, a bench, the previously mentioned beds, covers, swing, fake turf rectangle and pool, bathroom rug and supplies (2 toothbrushes, bodywash, cup, a cute hippo soap dispenser, bathroom towel, etc), a grill, an entertainment stand with TV, shelf and fireplace sticker on one side and a pet bed/house area and shelves on the other side, and a ton of smaller pieces like food, dishes, cutlery, a pet pool, slide and floaties and 3 pets and pet supplies. Oh and there is a large, pink slide that can be placed on multiple areas on the second floor! I've had some issues with some of the stickers (the stove ones to be exact) aren't sticking well and I have to keep smoothing them back down.
Overall I'd say that this Barbie DreamHouse is well-made, multifunctional and just a blast to play with. It has so many great features that I think my son will enjoy playing with it for years. He loves it! Thank you so much Mattel for your dedication to quality and innovation. And thank you for making and giving me such a well-made toy in exchange for a review especially at a time where it can be quite difficult finding quality toys!</span>

She loved all the accessories, and the ability to customize it how she wanted with the different furniture, rugs, etc it came with! It even came with a cute little dog, eating accessories (plates, cups, silverware) for Barbie and her friends as well! Oh! and can't forget to mention one of the best parts- the lights and sounds! Has sounds for a party, nighttime, daytime, and other sounds (for shower, toilet, etc) that helps add extra fun to the imagination! This DreamHouse also seems very durable! My daughter is ecstatic with this DreamHouse and tells me everyday how excited she is now that she has one!</span>

It has morning and night lights so lots of buttons for kids to push. It has a music feature for a dance party! They have used every inch of space in this house from the bunk beds pulling out to the movable swimming pool. My daughter loves the grass that can be moved from the lawn up to the roof. This Mom personally loves the swimming pool feature because it reminds my of my Barbie pool as a kid. My daughter is really enjoying this house. It’s a large toy so be sure to make a space for it. The slide part is also a big hit at our house. My daughter is only two and does play with this daily and I think any older children would love this. Highly recommend. We tend to play with this and watch the Barbie series on Netflix. Every time we play, I tend to think about playing Barbies when I was a kid and it warms my heart.</span>

I was intimidated by all the parts when I first opened the box. However, because of the clear directions, I was able to account for all of the pieces and put the house together in about 45 minutes.
The house seems to be sturdy, very well made.
We really enjoy being able to personalize the house with the included items.
It's significantly larger than any Barbie house I've ever seen.</span>
