It comes with a lot of accessories for the price and my daughter loves playing with it. I really like that the plastic wings are pliable enough that I don&rsquo;t have to worry about them breaking as she puts them on and takes them off of the doll. She&rsquo;s currently into mermaids with colorful hair, so she absolutely loves that the doll has purple hair. She likes being able to mix and match the accessories that came with the doll. She especially likes coordinating the necklaces with the princess crowns. A downside of the doll is that her hair is so straight the crowns don&rsquo;t stay on for very long. After a bit they just slide off. We also wish it came with a hairbrush. My daughter uses a small brush from another toy set to brush this doll&rsquo;s hair. It&rsquo;s definitely a missed opportunity. On the plus side the mermaid tail can easily be pulled off and changed for the skirt and vice versa. My 6 year old was very excited when she opened her. The colors of her dress and wings are very vibrant. The wings come off easily, which is very nice! The Barbie is packaged beautifully in a big box and you can see all of her outfits and accessories through the front of the box. It was not hard to get her out and my daughter was quickly invested in playing. She loved the idea that she was a fairy and then could be a mermaid! She could easily change her outfits and even put on the shoes. The small wings on the shoes make it easy for little hands to manage. My daughter also loved her hard color and how soft her hair was. She has brushed her hair, changed her clothes and played with her constantly. She took her in the car, slept with her, flew her around, and pretended she was in the sea. This is a high quality doll with beautiful colors. The Barbie also sets the stage for so much imaginative play as she can easily change from mermaid to fairy.
