Some of the things it can do is by lifting the lever at the back of the van to turn it into a care clinic. There is a check-in stand that flips up in the center of the clinic. The yellow couch can be pulled down to reveal a waiting room. Pull down the fish tank to find the gift shop!The patient bed also doubles as storage. Pull the lever of the vision chart to reveal an x-ray machine. The set comes with accessories for Barbie doll such as a medical bag, stethoscope, arm casts, leg casts, and blood pressure machine. All of the items can be easily folded back into the vehicle. Barbie doll is not included. This Barbie care clinic van is wonderful. My daughter loves this ambulance. She is 3.5 and loves playing doctor so she is well aware of all the details in this truck and how realistic it seems. She's still a little young for Barbies so she mostly pushes it around while closed and moves the accessories around. Set up was lengthy and a little tedious placing all of the design stickers where they had to go. But I appreciate that it folds up into its own storage. The siren is also very loud and there isn't a way to turn the volume down. Overall we love this Barbie ambulance because of the realistic details and hours of imaginative play! So far the quality is great with no broken pieces (although there are a lot that are small so we have to account for all while picking up - not appropriate to play while around baby sister).</span>

Since no assembly was required (aside from applying decals) she was able to grab her Barbie and begin playing. She loves how it lights up and sounds the siren and she can “drive” it too. She also enjoys using the medical supplies in the doctor bag to diagnose and heal her patients. I love that all of the included pieces have designated storage places within the truck. We’re obsessed with the gift shop and its trinkets, which are adorable. The magazines, so cute! It’s very cool that all the furniture inside the ambulance folds up and down and serves as extra storage while not in play. There is even some space under the hospital bed to store small pieces. When the ambulance is all opened up, it’s amazing just how large it becomes! You know a toy is a big hit when your child brings it out and shows it to everyone who comes over. I highly recommend this toy!</span>

At the start, I opened the toy with my children, to see that there were SO many stickers to apply and my girls (3 1/2 and 4 3/4) needed them applied before being able to play. My older daughter loved the detail of the toys and all the different ways to play and treat people and could spend copious amounts of time playing with this by herself or with friends (she also loves to play house). She did need help with the blood pressure monitor, but I'm pretty sure she found an alternative use. My younger daughter enjoyed the siren more and using it as a closed toy to drive around as a truck (you can see the age difference!) and I enjoy that it is all mostly built as self-contained and almost everything is stored inside (we couldn't quite fit the medical bag, though I'm sure it could go in). The back also has a latch/hook (?) to keep the back closed so my baby cant easily try to play with it. One note: They call it a care clinic.... don't know if we ever called it that: we just call it an ambulance (and my younger daughter who likes the siren is convinced it should be a fire truck).</span>

She enjoyed driving it/pushing it around our living room and then setting up the clinic for the patients to be seen (not included). Setting up the ambulance initially was alittle time consuming with multiple stickers needed to complete the ambulance exterior/interior and there are multiple small medical tools in the Dr. bag which are too small to have out when my 1 year old is around. The Barbie Care Clinic Vehicle does not contain a Barbie doll, but chances are, you can find one laying around the house such as I did and there are several Barbie outfits (including doctors and nurses) that will work. Also, at 3 years of age, I doubt a Barbie Astronaut or a Barbie Lifeguard etc will make a difference.
It has lights and a siren and comes with over 20 accessories including a bed, stand, medical bag, and crutches. The vehicle opens up into a clinic with a waiting room, check-in, exam room, X-ray room and check out. It also has a gift shop which I thought was an adorable included bonus.
During playtime, this was a big hit, and my best friends daughter recognized the different places as her mother is a nurse. They kept taking our cat to the doctor which was cute, and the sounds, although replayed 1000's of time were pure delight for the two of them.
This was such a hit, and I know that Mattel has such high-quality products. I still have some of mine from over 30 years ago. This will be a hit for a long time. Another hit from a great company.</span>

Meanwhile my 3 year old daughter was going a little nuts. A number of the decals were difficult to apply (tight spaces), but once there are on, they are super cute. Since the accessories are for Barbie (and Barbie's hands) there are a number of very, very small pieces. My daughter enjoys playing with them, but keeping track of them will be tough. A great attribute of the Barbie Care Clinic is that the van opens up and expands for play, but conversely closes up and can store all of the various small bits and accessories. The van rolls well and has a siren which both my 3 year old daughter and 6 year old son are delighted with. Fortunately you just tap the button to start (and stop) the sound.Overall I think this is a fun toy and one that I expect my daughter will play with for some time. It has a positive message (women as medical professionals/care givers/helpers) and the integration of the clinic parts including the gurney, shelves and pieces that move is super fun. You don't have to be a Barbie fan per se, to feel good about buying this toy for your child or as a gift for someone else.</span>

She uses it with not only her barbies but her other dolls too. She loves the assessories as well. Definitely keeps her busy and entertained and is a great addition to her Barbie Dreamhouse. I didn’t pay for it but I would have been happy to buy it for her, it’s worth it! The assessories are tiny but comes with a medical bag to keep them all in. The ambulance siren is cute too. A great product that I recommend.</span>

She loves Barbie and taking care of people so the combo is perfect for her. I was not disappointed. When I showed her this she was ecstatic! She has since been playing with it for hours. Everyone is getting healed by this care clinic. This allows for such open ended, creative play that we both appreciate it.</span>

This is an ambulance that transforms into a hospital and it expands to over 2 feet long. A couch folds out as well as a check in desk. There are so many accessories that come with it. It comes with a stretcher, a medical bag, a chair, a magazine, several medical scopes, get well soon gifts, arm braces, blood pressure cuff’s, crutches, and a clipboard. The back of the vehicle has a clasp to lock shut. I can’t believe how realistic the lights and sounds are! The steering wheel actually turns. The wheels really roll so it can be pushed. The driver and passenger doors do not open. I am really impressed with this toy! My only complaint is that it does not come with any dolls. I feel like at this price point it should at least come with a doll to treat at the clinic. But overall this is such a fun toy. My kids can’t get enough of it!</span>

<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Just wow! My little girl was so excited to play with this Barbie Care Clinic vehicle. It is an ambulance that turns into a hospital by opening up both sides of the ambulance. It has lights and sounds (pretty loud) and many pieces that come with it. All that your child will need are a couple of barbie dolls. My daughter is pretty rough and tumble and this care clinic vehicle is pretty sturdy. She spent hours using her imagination, playing with all the accessories pretending her barbie doll had a broken arm and applied the cast and pretended her doll had a sprained ankle and needed crutches. She loved all the accessories and used every single item that it came with. She loved the surprise gift shop hidden behind the television and the rollin bed that adjusts like the “ones in the hospital” she said. It has a waiting room, an eye exam board, a heart monitor, a doctor's table where the patient can be examined just to name a few. I am very happy with this product and so is my daughter lol. I am not sure if I like it more than she does or vice versa. My favorite part is the storage room, once she is done playing she packs everything up nice and neat, closes the vehicle and puts it away for next time. My least favorite part was the initial set up, it came with so many stickers! I had my husband put all the stickers on before we gave it to our daughter because she would have tried to stick them everywhere. The design of this barbie traveling care clinic is just great. Definitely recommend this product!</span>

I love all the details this toy has, but it came with SO many stickers to apply!! The only con to this toy.
This toy goes from being an ambulance with a working siren, to a waiting room/gift shop and exam room. It’s so neat! Great toy for any Barbie lover or doll lover!</span>

As a 90’s kid I grew up on Barbie’s and my girls now love them too and I have to say this is the best vehicle we have gotten. It’s sturdy and easy to open. It has storage so that’s great to keep everything together. I have to say that if I had to of purchased this myself I would of. I love that it comes with a ton of awesome accessories to play with the barbies you already own! Great product! Worth the buy!</span>
