<span itemprop="description">[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We received this set of Bakugan figures from #FamilyRatedClub for our review. My 5 and 9 year old both were eager to see what was inside the box as they had never played with Bakugan before.
Overall my kids liked these a lot. The little figures are cool and they fold and turn into a ball that you can roll into the other and attack. My 5 year old had a hard time folding the figure correctly and getting it back into a call so he needed help with that. They didnt have much interest in the cards and the game pieces that also came with them.
They liked looking at the different characters and making them open and close and roll into one another.
The entertained my 5 year old longer than my 9 year old. I think these would
be a good toy for 5-8 year old.

My children loved playing with these bakugan creatures that roll and opens up. They rolled it towards each other and had a great time keeping them occupied. The great thing about it is that it can be played solo or with your other siblings and friends. It is small pieces that they can carry with them but not that small that a small child would choke on it. Overall I'm happy we got this as something new to try other than traditional games and toys.</span>

My children had difficulty folding the balls back up and two of them have broke after only a couple of days- one was dropped from hip height on my child and the plastic broke so it no longer folds or is usable. When we received this in the mail he was super excited since he hasn't had any before. Once the package was opened he was eager to play. It took me awhile to figure out how to win but he had no issues. It's so epic how they open up and they are easy to close. I would highly recommend this to any child who wants a fun thing that they can play at school with friends or at playdates.
When a child enjoys a toy it's so hard to get photos. I can safety say I lost many battles but in the end it was amazing to be able to have the opportunity to play with him and be 'cool'.</span>
