It had plenty of room for both my 3.5 and 1.5 year old to sit inside and eat lunch out of the sun. It's bigger than I'd thought it was going to be. The stakes it comes with, while small, are no match for Florida coastal winds, the thing stayed put just fine. I don't normally have a problem folding these kinds of things down (it's like a play ball pit or a car windshield shade), but I have yet to get this thing back to its original size. I can get it folded flat, but not so that it fits back into its original bag. Regardless, this tent is always coming with us to the beach from now on. If you have at least one kid, I'd look into getting something like this. The Babymoov Anti-UV Tent is super light weight and easily portable once you figure out how to fold it up. Each time I get it folded quick and easy on the first try I feel like I've won the lottery. Unfortunately, I haven't won the lottery a lot with it. It literally pops into life when you take it out of its travel case, so what it lacks on clean-up it makes up for on setup. It is actually surprisingly spacious, easily keeping our little girl out of the sun with plenty of room for her tummy-time mat and her big brother. All and all we have loved the Babymoov Anti-UV Tent and would definitely recommend it even with the fold-up difficulties. I've used this at the park a few times and my 6 mo old is happy to play inside it, but my 3 year old thinks it's the best thing ever. She's currently going through a cave/tent/fort phase and this fits the bill when she wants to play but I don't want to try to construct something. I do have two points where I think there could be improvement. First, the flap closes with Velcro and I'd really prefer for it to be a zipper to maintain a better close. Secondly, the instructions included for putting away the tent are not sufficient. I had to watch a few YouTube videos in order to get it done. Overall, I really like this product and I especially like the travel case. It's much like a car window shade and folds down the same way. The tent is incredibly light weight and folds down to small size, so it doesn't take up any space in the truck of the car or under the bed for storage. My toddler and baby both enjoy it! It's such a great activity for us though, and now I know we'll be doing it more often. We've taken it to the beach once so far as well. This thing is so light and compact it wasn't even noticed while hauling our other gear! Diaper and clothing changes were totally doable with the two littles and myself (mostly) inside, that's the part I loved the most I think. And the sand shook out so easily! I found the stakes didn't work as well in the sand as they did on grass, but with a diaper bag, other belongings, and of course a baby I wasn't too worried. The shape of it + the ventilation window somehow make it less of a hot box than I thought it was going to be. We love to spend time outdoors but always have to plan around sun exposure: sunscreen, hats, shade cover ups etc. The Babymoov Anti-UV Tent just made that job a whole lot easier. Lightweight and simple to fold (once you've practiced a few times) this tent provides a good size shade-space for baby without being another thing to lug around and set up. It weighs nothing and just pops open! Many times I'm alone with baby so don't have an extra hand to carry lots of gear. This tent is so light a child could carry it. I've been pleasantly surprised to see that we've started spending more time outside now that we have a hassle free way to provide shade. I have it set up on my back patio most mornings for some outdoor play. When we go to the park or the beach I bring it so we have the option if we need it. Once while at the beach and I thought I wouldn't be able to use the tent since it was a windy day. Fortunately it comes with four stakes which kept that little tent firmly in place. My little one simply enjoys staring at the tent from the inside, so a bonus amusement factor there. It really did keep mosquitos out and other bugs as well. It's beyond easy to set up and fairly simple (once you follow the directions, unlike what I did) to breakdown. It comes with stakes to so it won't blow away. The only qualms I have are it has no padding on the bottom and if there is no breeze it gets a little warm inside. So if you are using it outside on a deck or a hard surface it can be a little tough on little ones. When we are not using it outside our older daughter has it open in our playroom and it has become a great reading nook. All in all, this tent was great and we plan to use it lots during the summer. It unfolds into a pretty sizeable tent. There is plenty of room to fit both my 3 year old and 4 month old together. The material of the tent floor is thin so if you're putting it on a hard surface I would throw some blankets on top for cushioning. The mesh opening has a velcro closure and ties on the side for when you want to leave it open. Living in sunny Southern California, this is perfect for the beach and the backyard to protect my kids from getting too much sun. My kids even like setting it up in the living room as a fort to play in. The only reason I didn't give this five stars was because the folding of the tent is not intuitive and the directions provided were not helpful. I would recommend watching the video and practicing multiple times at home before using the tent.
