<span itemprop="description">we purchased this as a secondary playpen after our 4 month old outgrew his bassinet...(we have a two level home and were not about to move the one on the main floor all the way upstairs every night) Its a very simple playpen, nothing special.
Definitely purchase a play yard mattress for 30 bucks and you'll be fine!
No complaints, however we may use this as the main floor playpen as there is no storage on the side for blankets/diapers/whatever but its not a big deal.

<span itemprop="description">I bought this to leave at my parents place for short visits so I didn't want to spend too much on it. When my husband and I tried to assemble it, it was incredibly difficult to open (and close after we finally got it assembled). The locks were so fussy and I don't trust it to stay in a locked position with a squirming kid in there. The mat is thin, I cannot imagine a baby being comfortable in there without addition padding. The brakes are made with cheap plastic and I honestly can't imagine this thing lasting very long. Returned it and spent a bit more on a Graco.</span>

However, for the price, I just leave it in the vehicle and no matter where we wind up, there’s a safe space for her, and she loves it! The mesh sides allow her to see everything around her, so she still feels like she’s a part of everything. It’s sturdy and very easy to set up and take down. I can have it set up or packed up in two minutes. I would definitely recommend it to anyone looking for a playard/play pen.</span>

I gave it three stars because it was amazingly quick and simple to set up (very similar to a nuna in that respect) and it was on sale for only $75, so even with the purchase of a mattress, still good value</span>
