It provides you with several little guys and a dummy for them to kick at. The pieces are small so I wouldn't recommend it for children under six. The biggest downfall, which I understand is to get you into the franchise and have you buy more packs, is that it only comes with one 'controller' so there is no playing against someone else out of box. Once you have two controllers, however, you can play against a friend and there's even a slide on the side to keep track of how many rounds you've won. Overall the concept is cute but it lacks a little in immediate out of the box play.
