It comes in great packaging. My kids just loved it, and they are so happy now. They play it every day and are easy to use. The instructions were very easy to assemble, and it's very much safe. Our arena came with an added two characters, and some discs that can be shot at each challengers opponent. This new arena also makes fighting noises as you battle which my boys loved. The characters also come apart in a different way from our other figures. With these, when they are &quot;defeated&quot; in battle their heads pop off their bodies instead of the figures splitting down the middle which my kids thought was super awesome. The set is well constructed and appears as if it will hold up well to somewhat rough boy play - a must for toys in our household.
