When he found out we were getting this car from #FamilyRatedClub he was super excited! We live out in the country and we have alot of dirt trails and hills for him to use his car. We are amazed at how high we can get the car to jump over the hills and how awesome it navigates through the dirt and the mud. This is his new favorite car and he now wants me to buy it in other colors so him and his sister can have competitions! We charged it fully before we tried it out. It was fun to drive around the house. After it popped up it scared both my daughter and I. It was a pretty loud pop that we did not expect. It was funny and she really enjoyed playing with it. One thing is that it didnt last long at all. It only popped up maybe 5 times before needing recharged. The plastic is pretty flimsy but seems to be holding up fine. I like that the wheels stick out further than the front so when it bangs into the wall it doesnt leave scuffs. The jump feature is a hit with my kids. Fun to blast off when youre driving forward. Its really powerful though, so dont get too close! Easy for a five and seven year old to drive. Buttons and controls are simple and intuitive. Charge lasts awhile and charges quickly when needed. He likes that he can play with it indoors because it is foam padded and won't break anything. The car can do lots of tricks including jumping in the air which is unique and I've never seen another remote car do before. My son thinks this is tons of fun. The car is usb rechargable which is awesome because it saves me from having to constantly buy batteries. The car is designed well and looks cool. The remote is easy to control the car with and has basic controls. Its easy to control and maneuvers well. The jumping function is a bit loud, but works great and the kids love making the car jump! I like that its rechargeable for hours of fun. I was worried its tear up our walls but the wheels are a firm styrofoam that are supposed to be gentle on walls and they are great. He broke an outdoor remote control car jumping it off the bed, so this was a great way to play indoors safely. He can jump it and drive it off 'clifs,' and thoroughly enjoying himself while I get things done around the house. It IS safe to use indoors, so no walls are destroyed. It is safe for a young child to play with and not easily break, unless they're really trying. My son likes the simplicity of the remote and feeling like he's in charge. My only issue is the noise. I have to send him upstairs to play with it or the noise drives me crazy.
