My husband had to tell me that there is a flap, you just have to know it's there and lift it open to reveal the cutouts for the 25 days. So perhaps the packaging could use a little revamp to tell the customer what EXACTLY to do to open this advent calendar. Otherwise, it just looks like a big gift to open as you would any other gift! The 25 gifts inside were a bit underwhelming. I think it could use some bigger pieces of maybe more (quantity) pieces. In saying that I don&rsquo;t know the quality of the product. The box was in mint condition, no rips, tears or dents. It&rsquo;s will be a sweet treat for my daughter come December. What I can say is that it was shipped in a timely fashion and inside the box was a sweet thank you card with a small token of appreciation. Seems like a great company to do business with.
