It's designed like a real umbrella, but made of plastic with not a lot of strength. Once one of the splines bends or falls off (a common issue), good luck getting it to last much longer.</span>

<span itemprop="description">I recently bought this, and another out fit for my granddaughter, as she loves umbrellas. A fun outfit that she loves, but unfortunately the umbrella spokes fall out every time she opens it, and the rain boots are too high to actually fit in the dolls foot. The second outfit also has the same boot issue, which is frustrating. I'll now be avoiding any outfits with high style boots regardless of how cute they might be.
On the plus side, the outfits are easy for small hands to manage with dressing the dollies.</span>

I thought the raincoat would tear, it hasn’t!
I thought the umbrella would break, it hasn’t!
The umbrella did come apart a little with some rough play (by a friend) but it was easily put back together. Had no issues with the boots. Sometimes if she’s or boots are hard to put on warming them in your hand softens the plastic and then it’s easy.
The included little dress is lovely too!
We have had the set over 6 months and it’s frequently played with. The child is 4 years old and her friend who loves it too is eight years old.</span>
