The biggest in my son's collection and one of the favorites amoungst his friends. My son not only loves the realistic noises that comes from this toy, but he loves that he has the ability to open and close its mouth. He likes to attack the smaller dinos when playing. I do like that you can scan the card that pops up on this toy for more information and such. It is an opportunity to teach more about the T-Rex. We haven't had to change the batteries and he has used this daily or brought it for playtime with his friends to play with. This dino is easy for him to hold but has a little bit of weight to it. It's very durable. Ours has been dropped a few times unfortunately while on the go and it hasn't chopped or broken. Sounds aren't super loud but are loud enough for exciting play for any child. My husbamd even gets a kick out of this toy when he plays dinos with our son. He said the deta on this dinosaur is what makes it &quot;awesome&quot;. It's very moveable, which is a nice feature, and you can even fit some fairly good-sized items in it's mouth. I as a mother appreciate the fact that the mouth has an ending to it and is curved with no sharp edges, meaning while children can stuff things in it, they can't lose them in there. I suppose it's possible you could find something that could get stuck due to size, but I think you'd have to be trying to do it on purpose at that point. My 6-year-old also really appreciates the roaring noise it makes. I will say I could wish that was a bit quieter or had a volume control of some sort, but he's honestly bright enough to turn it back up himself even if that was an issue. The biggest issue was that is can&rsquo;t stand up on its own. It has to lean back on the tail which leave it looking really awkward and makes it unstable. The sound effects got monotonous after a few minutes, and this toy has now found itself in the bottom of a bin in the closet. For a dinosaur loving family, this t-rex simply wasn&rsquo;t a win.
