Very easy to use with all the different pieces. The dog's ability to give birth is not only fun but also educational. With the little newborn puppies my child was able to take care of them. For example. Feeding, grooming and playing, She pretended to bathe and cared for them with the provided pouch. The ability for the dogs to show their birthmark was a nice touch. My child wanted to give each puppy a bath multiple times. I believe the quality of the toy is well done, everything seems to be strong and should last a long time. It is fairly easy to place the puppies inside the mommy dog and press down to deliver the puppy. The multiple accessories, brushes, bowls, bottle, toys and pouch make it enjoyable to play with over and over. For us, the favorite part is placing the newborn puppies on the cute multi-color blanket while getting ready for their bath. One very minor dislike was that it was hard for my child to get the Barbie doll to hold one of the puppies. The puppies can be stored inside of the mother and can be delivered by pushing on the head which pops them out underneath. The newborn pups can be cleaned in their paw shaped tray with the little sponge included to reveal a coloured heart. Other accessories include a feeding bowl and packet of dog food, brush and puppy toys. There is also a harness for the Barbie doll to carry all three pups.
