Product Reviews and Ratings
We ask that you share your product review with us and all of our customers.
To review a product, please follow these steps:
- Visit the product detail page of the item you are interested in reviewing.
- Select "Rate and Review this product" link located on the right side of the product image.
- Include your Rating Headline: i.e. "I would buy this product again and again".
- Select your rating by clicking on the available stars.
- Enter your nickname and location.
- Describe your experience--this is what other people use to help make their decisions.
- Select your pro's and con's of the product.
- And Bottom line--would you recommend it to a friend?
- You can preview your review, make changes, and then submit for viewing within 72 hours.
The Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us website is a public site; therefore we ask that you follow some basic rules when submitting a review. Toys"R"Us reviews all postings, and we reserve the right to reject or remove any review.
Here are some of the things that can cause a review to be rejected:
- Offensive or abusive language
- Reviews that are not relevant to the product being reviewed
- Reviews that attempt to solicit responses from others (creating a forum)
- Reviews that contain content about competitors
If approved, your review will appear in its entirety. We will not edit any content, although we will delete any references to the following:
- Website addresses
- Phone numbers
- Personal or business addresses
- Email addresses
- Full names (first name/last name)
The ESRB rating system is the game industry's standardized rating system, which was developed by the Entertainment Software Rating Board (ESRB). These ratings are designed to give customers information regarding the content of an interactive video or computer entertainment title and the ages for which the title is appropriate. The ratings are not meant to tell you what to buy or to serve as the only basis for choosing a product. In addition to using the ratings, consumers should check out content descriptions for more specific information about a game's content.

Buy online, pickup in store
Buy online, pickup in store is a program that allows you to purchase your favorite items online, but pick them up in your local store!
You save shipping and get your items fast!
You will receive a "Ready for Pickup" email confirming the item is in stock and ready to be picked up.
Note: Orders are usually ready for pick up within three hours when ordered during Store hours.

How does it work?
All items eligible for the Buy online, pick up in store program will have "Free Store pickup" message.
You will be presented with several options for delivery based upon your needs. If you choose the Store Pickup option, just follow a few simple steps when adding the item to your cart:
- Click on the specific item you are interested in.
- When you are ready to add the item to your cart, you are given the option to "Select a Store".
- Click on "Select a Store".
- Enter your postal code and we'll check for product availability in the stores closest to you.
- If the item is available, there will be an "Add to Cart" button next to the store location.
Is every item eligible for pick up?
Not all stores and items are available for the Buy online, pickup in store program. You can check each item's availability by looking for the "Free Store Pickup" message on each item detail page.
Can I pick some items up at a store and have some shipped to my home?
Yes, you can! Simply select the appropriate store locations for each item you add to cart and your order will be processed accordingly. Just remember that you will be required to pick up the order at each location selected; we do not allow anyone other than the purchaser to pick up a store pickup order.
Do I pay online or in store?
Your credit card, PayPal account and/or gift card will be charged online. For more information, click here.
Can I change the store, once I've selected it?
If during the checkout process you change your mind and decide you want to pick up the item at a different location or ship it instead, not to worry, you can edit the item in the "How to get it" section during checkout with just a few simple clicks. However once the order has been placed, there is no way to change the store location.

Store Pickup items will display tracking information within 15 minutes after your order is placed. Click here for additional information regarding Store Pickup order status messaging.
How will I know when to go to the store?
You may go to the store after you have received the "Ready for Store Pickup" email.
How long will the store hold my order?
Your Ready for pickup email will provide you with detail for the number of days in which to pick up your order; typically, this will be 3 days from the receipt of the "Ready for Store Pickup" email. If, after 3* days, your order has not been picked up, your order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed back to original method of payment.
*Note: At certain times of the year Toys"R"Us and Babies"R"Us may change the time frame in which you have to pick up your order in order to better accommodate our customers and store associates. Please be sure to check your Ready for pickup email for the exact time frame.
Do I need to bring anything to the store when I pickup my order?
Yes, you will need the following items when picking up your order:
- Ready for Store Pickup Email (1 for each store selected)
- Valid ID: Driver's License or government- issued ID
Where do I pick up my order?
After receiving your "Ready for Store Pickup" email, go to the store that you selected as your pick up destination. Proceed to the Customer Service area and present the "Ready for Store Pickup" email along with your valid ID. The store associate will retrieve your order and complete your transaction.
How do I cancel or return my purchase?
The order will be automatically cancelled if it is not picked up within 3 days of receiving your "Ready for Pick Up" email and a full refund will be posted to your original payment method.
Returning your purchase is easy. Simply visit Customer Service at any Toys"R"Us or Babies"R"Us store and bring your "Ready for Pick Up" email which contains a return barcode to assist in expediting the process.
Are there any restrictions?
There are a few restrictions you should be aware of:
- You will not be allowed to pick up your order without the Ready for Pickup email and a valid ID.
- Pre-Ordered items are not eligible for Store Pickup.
Email me when Available
If the product is not currently available, submit your email address and we will notify you when it becomes available for purchase.
Is every item eligible?
Not all items are available for the email me when available program. You can check each item's availability by looking for the "Email me when available" message on each item detail page.
Although we try to make sure all of the products you are purchasing are in stock, there are times when one or more of those items need to be backordered. In such cases, we will only charge and ship out the products that are available. This will be outlined for you in your shipment email, advising of the delay of that specific item.
If an item is on backorder there will be a banner indicating "BACKORDERED" on the product detail page over the "Add Item(s) to my Cart". A sample of this is below.
Toys"R"Us/Babies"R"Us offers customers the ability to pre-order selected items in advance of the manufacturer's general public release date. If an item is a pre-order item there will be a banner indicating "PRE-ORDER NOW!
Pre-Order items are shipped directly to you once the stated release date arrives and you will be notified of your order status via email. You will not be charged for any item until it is shipped to you (unless you paid with a Gift Card). Please note, expected shipment times appearing in your shopping cart specify when an item is expected to arrive at our warehouse. Pre-order items will ship within 1-2 business days after the release date. Release dates may vary based on the manufacturer and are subject to change.
Quantity Limits and Dealer Sales
Toys"R"Us Canada reserves the right, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, to limit the quantity of items purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may be applicable to orders placed by the same account, the same credit card, and also to orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. We will attempt to notify you should such limits be applied. Toys"R"Us Canada also reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to prohibit sales to dealers or resellers. For purposes of these Terms of Sale, ‘reselling’ is defined as purchasing or intending to purchase any product(s) from Toys"R"Us Canada for the purpose of engaging in a commercial sale of that same product(s) to a third party.
