<span itemprop="description">I bought 2 of these for my kids for Christmas (from Walmart but cannot review in their website). I generally don’t like these as they’re not worth their value but got a good price and I know the kids enjoy them. My son’s big dinosaur went together nicely. His little foam balls wouldn’t hold together so they made a huge mess and went straight to the garbage. My daughter’s big dinosaur was defective right out of the package. The jaw piece was too wide to fit on the body and could not be put together. As per Zuru website I took it back to the retailer for an exchange. Without discussing with me the worker refunded my account (it was an online purchase and the worker just took everything to his computer and processed the return). When I said I didn’t want a refund and wanted an exchange he said he can’t do that, the refund is done and I can just buy a new one. The price to buy it the day I got my refund was 3x more than what I paid! I now have a very disappointed daughter who no longer has one of her main Christmas gifts because I cannot afford to spend $60+tax on a new smasher than May or may not go together. She now just watches he’s brother use his. Will not be buying these ever again!</span>
