It came together fairly easily, but the bottom is AWFUL. It didn't fit, I got it in place, and it bends and breaks and is horrible. I ended up going to the frame shop at the local craft store and asking them to cut a piece of foam core to size, which has worked a lot better. Odd the mattress is thin cardboard but it works and the rest is plastic and everything works fine. Can easily put a blanket for the bed if wanted. It's a good thing I decided to put it together Christmas Eve; the 'mattress' (which is a very thin piece of cardboard) was too short to fit into the slots at the end of the crib to keep it in place. I used the box it came in to trace and cut out a bigger piece so the 'mattress' could sit on top of it. The change table has thin plastic clips ends to attach to the crib and had snapped, as well the highchair side never stays in. We live 4 hours away from the nearest store and cannot return. The bottom of the crib is cardboard and does not stay in very well.
