It's great for ages 12-36 months as it helps teach them their ABC's, numbers, colors and animals. It also has light up stars at the top that you push to help you learn what animals they are. The red seashell that has a question mark on it that will ask you to look through and find something on the 8 double-sided story book pages. 2 other features I as a parent liked was that it has an off switch so you don't have to worry about the batteries dying as quickly and that it has a handle at the top so a child can easily carry it. Its easy to grab on the go and for a child to play in the car yet learn at the same time.
