My 2.5 year old loves to walk it around. The dog comes with a little bowl and treat. The leash is detachable as well. There are two modes where they learn colors and numbers and then a color game. The puppy is cute, sturdy feeling and just overall cute. I like that it has the ridged leash so can push it around instead of dragging it behind them. It makes noises, but isn't too loud. It has a ton of different songs which I love. When the leash is on the dog, it has a cute song about walking the dog which my kiddos love to hear. I do wish the leash stayed in better, because it tends to get dislodged easily and I have to help my kiddos put it back in. I also wish it was easier to push the dog as we have carpet in our apartment. My LO&rsquo;s do get a little frustrated with how difficult it is to push the dog, but the still love to play with it. The toys that come with it such as the dog bone and water bowl my kids don&rsquo;t really utilize that much. They tend to only play with the dog and the leash. She also loves the pushing the &quot;button&quot; tongue to make him sound like he's drinking water. I like that there are two different modes....'nurture' and 'walking'. My daughter has routinely played with this toy for weeks so she enjoys it a lot. I am knocking off one star because when the dog is talking it will say &quot;press my button to ....&quot; and nothing happens when you press the button. I'm assuming it's just a defect for the particular one I have. Luckily, my daughter right now just enjoys taking him on walks.
