But they also have games to play and can send messages back and fourth. My kids spent the first hour playing the games and giggling about sending eachother "text messages" Cute for kids.</span>

The range for the walkie talkies is 650 feet. But I would not recommend them the do not work well. you can't hear the person talking all you hear is static.
