The dinosaur is so cool looking! You have to take a knife and cut open the stomach to get the hunter out. The skeleton hunter is in a bag with slime (which my son thought was the best). I didn't give a lot of thought to the extra features and surprises built in. It's actually a toy with seemingly endless activities built in to it. There's so much stuff you can do with it - trap it, rescue it, dissect it, save the dino egg, add armor - I honestly couldn't keep track of it all. You know what I DID notice?! That my two boys (ages 5 and 7), upon opening it, played with it TOGETHER, happily and quietly, for like TWO HOURS. This is an insane amount of time for my kids to play together with one toy. And, there was no mess to clean up at the end! This would be an amazing gift - both for kids and their parents. There are a ton of small parts and a somewhat sharp plastic tool included. Once you cut the Dino open you get an egg that is full of the most fun, but messiest slimy stuff I have ever had the pleasure of playing with and displeasure of cleaning up. This one wasn&rsquo;t any different and he enjoyed each stage of getting to the treasure. The box says 16 levels of adventure, which I felt was a little deceiving because some of the steps weren&rsquo;t really adventures as much as sticking the head onto the little figure or setting the figure on the Dino. Now the actual adventures&hellip; my kid enjoyed all of them so I feel like it was still worth it and still enough fun. He especially liked cutting open the Dino belly and making the dino drop stuff by pulling his tail. I am docking one star because the slime you have to dig in smelt awful and was quite sticky which made it hard to get all the pieces out and clean. Also, I felt that the final treasure was very lame. It was a small tiny yellow bug. You can&rsquo;t really tell what it is and it serves no real purpose as far as going along with the toy.
