The metal material makes this truck very realistic and my daughter was obsessed . She loaded it with rocks , she was zooming though the house . The quality is unbeatable . Paint held up with her using it in rocks and it took a tumble a few times . It has stood up to our very rough 4 and 5 year olds. They are made out of good material and don&rsquo;t look or feel cheap. My son plays with them outside in the dirt and sometimes in the mud. They still look new. It was awesome and my kids love it. It is really durable and made well. I have two girls ages 3 and 5 (with a brother on the way) and they have been having a great time playing with this pickup truck. They are typically into dolls, barbies, and babies, but have been drawn to this truck a lot. It can definitely take the beating of a kid; it is durable and will last well throughout our boys childhood once he is born. This truck is functional; the wheels move, and it has the working piece on the front.
