<span itemprop="description">I just bought the clock and the read out doesn't match the hands. It was an hour off. I emailed the address found in other comment replies but it failed to go through. So I took the screwdriver out, took it apart, and fixed it. Not sure how long that will last but we'll see. They're obviously aware of the issue and don't have good information on what to do or how to correct. Or even a good contact to email.</span>
