The upper part is cardboard and doesn&rsquo;t securely attach to bottom floor which is made of plastic and the plastic used is flimsy at best. Such a disappointment. I would have been better off to DIY something out of a cardboard box. My boys by no means were rough with it, just playing, and yet it is broken merely weeks after Christmas. There&rsquo;s so much to do on it and it is large so lots of play space. My only disappointment was that the characters were not included. We had to purchase them separately. It&rsquo;s big and very well built with loads of fantastic features to support imaginary play. My kids favourite was definitely the slime ball. My daughter is almost 18 and she helped building it and actually played with her brother for a while which is a really rare sight. My boy that is 9 absolutely loved it and took lots of small figures and cars and played for hrs.
