First of all the box it came in looked like it was thrown around and dragged behind the delivery truck it came in. It was badly beaten up with a lot of holes. Then when I started to assemble the bike there was a big dent and chip in the paint. If it wasn't a day before Christmas I would be returning this, but since I don't want a little girl to receive no presents for Christmas were stuck with a defective bike.
