<span itemprop="description">I purchased this my nephew's 2nd birthday. Unfortunately his parents bought him the same gift and already had it put together when I arrived. I called your company for a return slip and was told I would have to go to FedEx and or UPS and return this myself at my own cost. The box is huge and is probably going to cost over $50.00 to return. I wanted to exchange for another product and you still were not willing to work with me to give me a better return price. Due to this policy I will not be ordering from you again. In a day and age when all companies work with their customer's I am extremely disappointment that you will not.</span>
