<span itemprop="description">We bought this as a Christmas gift for our tinkering/building-loving daughter and we were so excited for her to begin playing. Overall it’s a good size and comes with some neat ideas. However, execution is absolutely poor. The sprayer bottle that is stated to help you “paint” the bird house never worked. Contact customer service and did receive a new one, again not working. I contacted them again and they stated it’s not meant to actually work because it’s just an accessory. I would rather it not be included if it doesn’t actually do what it’s intended to do. I inquired in chat about this and was given this answer and then immediately was told they have to end the chat and disconnected from me. I knew the items that were included with the product, but for the price it seems there does need to be a bit more. I have always loved Step2 products, but this one has let us down.</span>
