Does not work properly !!!!</span> <span itemprop="description">The tubes are too long to fit properly in the device. Once the tube is inserted, you have to close the small back swing down door. When you try and do this, the tube is too long and it just starts spraying the blue gunk everywhere, creating an absolute mess !!! This is a piece of junk and a complete was of time and money. My son was looking forward to his new present, and I had to explain to him that is useless and we have to take it back to the store. Check the reviews on the other similar Spiderman web slinging device on Toys R Us, and you find people complaining of the exact same problem. I usually trust Toys R Us, and pay a premium, to buy toys from them. Can't believe they are selling this junk. It should all be pulled from shelves immediately! If you load them in and try to close the back door, it pushes the can forward, activating the nozzle. As for the silly string (which, after shaking, you shoot horizontally with the red dot upwards), inside of the toy or out of it, the string didn't shoot out in nice, thick, continuous, long strings, as you would expect. Rather, it sputtered the whole time, spitting out little thin pieces like you would expect at the end of a can (and no, it wasn't already empty ;). I got two of these toys, the cans in both of them behaved the same way (maybe we'll have better luck with refill cans). This toy also comes with a little bottle with a pump in the lid that you can load into the toy and shoot water, but even the water doesn't shoot out of the toy well. It shoots out in little spits that don't go very far. Compare that to the strong, steady stream (though short in duration) shooting 10 feet you can achieve by using the bottle outside the toy by pushing the pump nozzle in while holding it horizontally. (For those who are curious, the bottles are small, so you would only get a couple of minutes using it outside the toy. At that point, buy a water gun.) Didn't really get a chance to try out the rotating streams with the string (the water doesn't pump enough to use the rotator well), but when setting it up I realized you'd be moving your arms around to web someone up anyway. In summary, try the cheaper web blasters.
